POLICIES

GENERAL

1. Payment for rentals may be made in cash, credit card or an in state check.
2. All out of state checks must be certified.
3. A deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve a rental unit.
4. Entire rental and security deductible deposit plus estimated mileage is due before the unit departs the premises.
5. You must have a valid major credit card. (Discover-Mastercard-Visa)
6. Pickup time starts at 2pm each day. (Motorhomes can be picked up earlier for an additional fee.
7. Return time is no later than noon. (Motorhomes can be dropped off later but you will be subject to late fees.)
8. Your reservation deposit is non-refundable.
9. If any mechanical repairs over $75.00 are necessary, you must contact our office for authorization.
10. Renters personal vehicles can be left at our premises, but we are not responsible for any damage or theft that might occur.
11. Inspect the vehicle carefully at departure, you are responsible for any damage not noted on the check-out sheet.
12. Motorhomes will be delivered or picked up for an additional fee.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

1. All drivers must be 25 years of age or older.
2. A damage-security deposit of $750.00 must be obtained before the unit leaves the premises.
3. All information must be filled in on the reservation form.
4. Cars and trailers can be towed for $10/day.
5. Renters may not travel into Mexico.
6. Renters are responsible for all roof damage from hitting overhead objects and from backing up vehicle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Your deposit of $250.00 is non-refundable. However, if you cancel in 30+ days in advance, we can refund $200 of your deposit.
