PACKAGES

EXECUTIVE PACKAGE: On the return of a motor home or trailer with the purchase of an executive package, Martin Motor Home Rentals will clean the interior, wash the exterior, dump the holding tanks, fill propane tanks and fill the gasoline tanks. The customer is still responsible for the cost of the gasoline and LP. All this for only $149.00.


DELIVERY PACKAGE: Delivery must be arranged in advance and all charges paid prior to delivery date. This includes delivery, setup, and tear down of the vehicle. Inside and outside cleaning are NOT included. Fuel charges still apply, but mileage is included in the delivery fee. The is a $75.00 charge each way within a 30 mile radius, each additional mile is charged at the rate of $1.50 per mile up to a 100 mile radius. Quotes are available on deliveries beyond 100 miles.
 

DEPOSITS

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A $250.00 reservation fee will be needed to rent an RV. This reservation fee is non-refundable unless cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start of the rental, then $200.00 will be refunded and $50.00 will be non-refundable. Reservation fees will be applied toward the total invoice amount.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $750.00 security deposit is imprinted on your credit card at the time of your departure, but it is not processed through your bank unless you return with damage. This security deposit is used toward any damage or unpaid fees that occur during your rental. Security deposits are held for 72 hours (no exceptions) following your return to cover any damage not readily seen, at which time it is shredded unless you request a mail return of the charge slip.

OTHER

MILEAGE COST: $0.29 per mile for each mile driven with a motorhome.

INSURANCE: Primary insurance is covered (with a $750 deductible) on all rentals at PA State Minimums. Renter is responsible for deductible. You can buy additional supplemental insurance at www.RVSLI.com or $9.95 a day.

GENERATOR HOURS: All generator usage is free.

EMERGENCIES: We have roadside and technical assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to insure that your trip is as pleasant and trouble free as possible. Your rental includes a free Vacation Saver Package.
